How to pay maintenance?
Residents can pay maintenance charges through the payment methods approved by the society, such as bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or the online payment option available on this website (if enabled). Payment details are shared in the monthly maintenance notice.
What is the late fee policy?
Late fees charges 18% (simple interest) will apply if maintenance paid after due date.
How to book the Community hall?
A written application along with Rs.3000 (per day) to be deposited minimum 60 Days in advance. (note: Community Hall Booking is subject to availability at the time of booking).
What is the process for renting out a flat?
A written application to be submitted to Society Office for approvals (subject to scrutiny of documents and MC’s approval)

Is police verification mandatory for tenants and domestic staff?
Yes. For safety and security reasons, residents are required to complete police verification for tenants and domestic help such as maids, drivers, and caretakers wherever applicable under local guidelines.
What is the process for renovation or interior work in a flat?
Residents planning renovation or interior work must inform the society management beforehand. Work is typically allowed only during designated hours and must not disturb other residents or damage common areas. Flat owners to ensure their contractors must follow security and safety guidelines.
Are delivery personnel allowed inside the society?
Delivery personnel may be allowed entry subject to security procedures. In some cases, residents may be required to collect deliveries from the gate depending as per society policies.
What are the parking rules in the society?
Residents should park their vehicles only in the parking space allotted to their flat. Visitor parking areas must not be used for permanent parking. Improper parking may lead to warnings or penalties as per society rules.
